President/Founder
Inspired by her love of Pit Bulls, and her own rescue Pit Bull and founding father Stoli, Page founded Virginia Paws for Pits in 2012. Since then, Page has led VPFP in saving over 450 dogs from certain death in animal shelters across the state. On top of overseeing VPFP, Page is the proud mother to one human son and 5 rescue dogs of her own. Our Page is one tough cookie, and she is a fearless crusader for these misunderstood dogs no matter what, or who may stand in the way.

Chelsea joined VPFP in 2014. She was introduced to the world of rescue and the plight of the Pit Bull when she rescued her first Pit Bull mix Niabi many years ago. Chelsea refuses to back down from a dog in need, and her resolve and determination is unwavering. Chelsea is the mommy to 3 rescue Pit Bulls of her own and is known to like her dogs a little on the "bad side". Take note: this girl will fight for these dogs like they're her children!

Lydia was introduced to VPFP by her foster failure and VPFP alum Rosie. Lydia officially joined the board a few years later in 2014. Lydia is known for her postive attitude and giving spirit in even the worst of circumstances, and she keeps her crew laughing in times when laughs are in short supply. Lydia's three dogs are her family in every sense of the word, and when she isn't busy rescusing VPFP dogs, you'll find her cuddled up with her furbabies and a cup of tea. Lydia's kindness knows no ends, and we are lucky to have her!

Erin Anderson didn't know what she was in for when she adopted her first rescue Pit Bull and VPFP alum, Tiana, several years ago. While Erin has been a dog an animal lover her whole life, Tiana's loving spirit inspired Erin to get involved in Pit Bull rescue. Less than a year later, she fostered her first Pit Bull, Mulan, and Erin has been as steadfast as they come ever since. Erin is known for her large heart and "there's always room for one more" attitude. Erin is the proud mommy to one human child, three dogs of her own, and a countless number of foster dogs. She is smart, dedicated, kind, and compassionate, and we are blessed to have her on our team.
